Abstract:	In der Baupraxis existiert für die Gebäudesanierung ein Bedarf nach effizienten Dämmaterialien, die nur einen geringen Platzbedarf haben. Der für Dämmungen zur Verfügung stehende Raum wird für Nutzungszwecke benötigt bzw. ist nicht vorhanden. Mit den seit einiger Zeit für den Baumarkt entwickelten Vakuumdämmplatten steht nun ein Dämmstoff mit hohen Dämmeigenschaften in Form von sehr dünnen Platten zur Verfügung. Die Anwendung von Vakuumdämmung im Sanierungsbereich, ihre Auswirkungen auf den Wärme- und Feuchtedurchgang in Bauteilen und das Raumklima wurden untersucht an mit Vakuum und Dämmung sanierten typischen Gründerzeitgebäuden in Wien.
