Abstract:	Es werden die Anforderungen an Wärmeverbundsysteme in bauphysikalischer Hinsicht erläutert. Es wird gezeigt, daßder Einflußder Dübel auf die Minderung des Wärmeschutzes beachtet werden muß. Die Ausbildung konstruktiver Details wird erläutert. Durch Wärmedämmverbundsysteme wird nicht nur der Energiebedarf eines Gebäudes verringert, es ist auch möglich, durch die äußere Wärmedämmung im Bereich von Wohnungsaußenwänden aus Stahlbeton eine eventuell vorhandene Korrosion der Bewehrung wirksam zu stoppen. Gegenüber den bisher üblichen Technologien der Betoninstandsetzung stellt das Aufbringen eines Wärmedämmverbundsystems sowohl eine technisch sichere als auch wirtschafltiche Lösung dar.
