Abstract:	Die Wirtschaftlichkeit verschiedener Außenwandkonstruktionen wird im Hinblick auf Investitions- und Betriebskosten anhand eines Vergleichsgebäudes untersucht, wobei Kalt- und Warmmieten als Maßstab dienen. Dem Wirtschaftlichkeitsvergleich werden Außenwandkonstruktionen zugrunde gelegt, mit denen der Jahres-Heizwärmebedarf den Anforderungen der Wärmeschutzverordnung (Stand Oktober 1993) genügt; dabei ergeben sich erhebliche Heizkosteneinsparungen gegenüber der Wärmeschutzverordnung Fassung Februar 1982. Die Heizkosten sind jedoch im Vergleich zu den Investitionskosten gering.
