Abstract:	Kommerzielle Computerprogramme, insbesondere Tabellenkalkulationsprogramme, werden häufig bei Berechnungen großer Datenmengen eingesetzt. Dabei bleiben oftmals unbewußt kleine Rundungsfehler unbedacht, die aber bei bestimmten Rechenoperationen merkliche Differenzen im Ergebnis verursachen können. Obwohl dieses Problem seit langem bekannt ist, können die marktführenden Tabellenkalkulationsprogramme diese Rundungsprobleme nicht sicher umgehen. An einer Beispielrechnung wird dieser Sachverhalt verdeutlicht. Für eines der gängigen Kalkulationsprogramme wird eine Alternativlösung dargestellt.
