Abstract:	Es wurde ein transparentes Wärmeverbundsystem entwickelt, das ähnlich aufgebaut ist wie traditionelle Wärmedämmverbundsysteme und in Kombination mit diesen an Fassaden eingesetzt werden kann. Umfangreiche meßtechnische Untersuchungen des energetischen und thermischen Verhaltens dieser Systeme zeigen, daß Energieeinsparungen von bis zu 120 kWh/m² für eine Südfassade erzielt werden. Aufgrund einer speziell für diese Systeme ausgelegten Lichtdurchlässigkeit kann dabei in den Sommermonaten auf eine aufwendige mechanische Verschattung verzichtet werden. Durch den Einsatz dieses Systems kann der Energieverbrauch nachweislich sowohl durch Sanierungsmaßnahmen bei Altbauten als auch bei Neubauten gesenkt werden.
