Abstract:	An zwei baugleichen Einfamilienhäusern, die 1980 auf dem Freigelände des Fraunhofer-Instituts für Bauphysik errichtet wurden, sind bis 1993 unterschiedliche Sanierungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt worden. Mit Hilfe vorliegender Meßergebnisse konnten die Maßnahmen im Hinblick auf Heizenergieeinsparung beurteilt werden. Durch das auf den vorhandenen Außenputz aufgebrachte Wärmedämmverbundsystem (8 cm) reduzierte sich der Heizenergieverbrauch um etwa 30 %. Eine Sanierung sämtlicher Fenster führte beim Einsatz neuer Wärmeschutzverglasung zu Einsparungen um 6 %. Ohne Beheizung des Obergeschosses wurden durch Erhöhung der Dachdämmung von 15 auf 25 cm Einsparungen von etwa 2 % und bei beheiztem Dachgeschoß Einsparungen von etwa 20 % erreicht.
