Abstract:	Im Rahmen der Harmonisierung der europäischen Prüfvorschriften auf dem Gebiet des vorbeugenden baulichen Brandschutzes soll das deutsche Kleinbrennerverfahren nach DIN 4102-1 in geringfügig modifizierter Form als europäisches Prüfverfahren übernommen werden. In diesem Zusammenhang wird geprüft, ob durch Modifizierungen, d. h. durch die unterschiedliche Ausführung des Austrittsstabilisators des Brenners (mit und ohne Lochscheibe) und durch Einsatz unterschiedlicher Brenngase (Propan, Butan oder Methan), die Aussagen zum Brandverhalten von Baustoffen, speziell im Grenzbereich zwischen Normal- und Leichtentflammbarkeit nach DIN 4102, beeinflußt werden.
