Abstract:	Schadstoffe in der Raumluft von Gebäuden sind in den letzten Jahrzehnten infolge einer drastischen Verringerung der Luftaustauschrate als Folge der immer umfassender angewandten Wärmedämm-Maßnahmen. An einem konkreten Beispiel wird demonstriert, welche Schritte und Maßnahmen von Planern und Bauunternehmen durchgeführt werden müssen, um eine Schadstoffreiheit in den Innenräumen des übergabefertigen Gebäudes zu erzielen. Darüber hinaus wird dargelegt, wie eine praxisgerechte meßtechnische Überprüfung durchzuführen ist.
