Abstract:	Dargestellt werden Montage und spezielle Fertigungsabläufe im Spiralverfahren gebauter Doppelmanteltanks für die Lagerung von verflüssigten Gasen. Bei der Spiralmontage wächst der Tankmantel mit dem Dach in einer schraubenartigen Drehbewegung in die Höhe, nachdem das Tankdach über dem Tankboden fertig montiert ist. Der Tankmantel läuft damit praktisch am Arbeitsplatz vorbei, so daß sich durch Installation fester Fertigungseinrichtungen eine weitgehende Mechanisierung des Zusammenbaus erreichen läßt.
