Abstract:	Baustützen aus Stahl mit Ausziehvorrichtung sind bisher nach den Prüfzeichenverordnungen der Länder der Bundesrepublik Deutschland prüfzeichenpflichtig. Der zuständige Arbeitsausschuß des NABau im DIN hat eine Bauteilnorm für die Baustützen erarbeitet. Diese Norm soll es der Bauaufsicht ermöglichen, die Prüfzeichenpflicht aufzuheben. Der Obmann und ein Mitglied der Arbeitsausschusses kommentieren im Beitrag die Norm und geben Hintergrundinformationen zum Nachweis der Tragfähigkeit für Baustützen.
