Abstract:	Die Bereitstellung von technischen Regelwerken soll zu einer sicheren Anwendung und Verbreitung des Stahlfaserbetons führen. Die ungleichmäßige Faserverteilung und -orientierung wurde dabei bislang nicht berücksichtigt. Die Relevanz dazu schien aufgrund der Anwendungsgebiete des Stahlfaserbetons nicht gegeben. Dies ist mit dem Vordringen des Stahlfaserbetons in den konstruktiven Bereich anders geworden. Die erheblichen Auswirkungen des Herstellungsprozesses und der Bauteilgeometrie auf die Faserorientierung und -verteilung werden dargestellt und ein Vorschlag für die Berücksichtigung in der Bemessung gegeben.
