Abstract:	Schimmelpilzschäden stellen häufig zu beurteilende Schadensfälle dar. Die dabei im Rahmen von Gerichtsgutachten zu bearbeitende Problematik ist komplex. Unter anderem ist es erforderlich, vorhandene Konstruktionen rechnerisch auf eine mögliche Schimmelpilzbildung hin zu untersuchen. Die Berechnungsmethoden zur Beurteilung von Schimmelpilzbildung werden vorgestellt: das stationäre Berechnungsverfahren nach DIN 4108, das biohygrothermische Verfahren nach Sedlbauer und das instationäre Verfahren. Darüber hinaus wird der Einfluß einer fehlerhaft ausgeführten thermischen Entkoppelung im Bereich eines auskragenden Flachdaches auf die minimale Wandoberflächentemperatur nach stationären und instationären Berechnungsverfahren aufgezeigt.
