Abstract:	Lineare und geometrisch nichtlineare Festigkeitsberechnungen der torisphärischen Schalen unter Innendruck werden mit doppelt gekrümmten finiten Elementen durchgeführt. Der Einfluß der Abmessungsverhältnisse und Materialkenngrößen der Schalen auf nichtlineares Tragverhalten werden untersucht. Geometrische Nichtlinearität führt zu gravierenden Unterschieden der Schnittgrößen, die durch lineare und nichtlineare Analyse sehr dünner Schalen unter gleicher Belastung ermittelt werden. Die Abhängigkeit der maximalen Beträge der Ringkraft und des Biegemoments von den geometrischen Parametern für lineare und nichtlineare Berechnung ist graphisch dargestellt.
