Abstract:	Beschrieben werden Konstruktion und Montage des Gebäudes mit Stahlverbundbauteilen. Die betonummantelten Hängestäbe konnten im Bauzustand auf Druck beansprucht werden. Dadurch war kostengünstig und zeitsparend zu montieren. Alle Decken sind zusammen mit dem Stahlbetonkern geschoßweise von unten nach oben eingebaut worden. Anschließend wurden die Hilfsstützen im Erdgeschoß unter Einsatz hydraulischer Pressen stufenweise abgesenkt und entfernt. Durch Anwendung der Verbundbauweise auch am Kopftragwerk traten nur sehr geringe Verformungen auf. Die einzelnen Bauelemente und Rechenannahmen werden näher erläutert.
