Abstract:	Oftmals bleibt bei der Planung von Bauteilen aus wasserundurchlässigem Beton unberücksichtigt, daß es sich dabei nicht um einen Baustoff, sondern um eine Konstruktionsart handelt. In diesem Beitrag werden die Arten des Feuchtetransports durch wasserundurchlässige Bauteile aus Beton vorgestellt und der Stand des Wissens erläutert. Anschließend wird auf die DAfStb-Richtlinie "Wasserundurchlässige Bauwerke aus Beton" eingegangen und aufgezeigt, in welchem Umfang Feuchtetransportmechanismen bei den Anforderungen der Richtlinie berücksichtigt wurden. Abschließend werden mögliche zusätzliche Maßnahmen beschrieben, wie sie bei entsprechender Nutzungsklassifizierung gemäß der WU-Richtlinie bei vorgesehener hochwertiger Nutzung möglich sind.
