Title:	Die Abnahme von Tiefgaragen aus technischer Sicht
Abstract:	Die Praxis zeigt, daß in Tiefgaragen infolge mangelhafter Planung und Ausführung ein erhebliches Schadenspotential vorliegt. Die Schäden infolge dieser Mängel treten augenscheinlich erkennbar erst nach einigen Jahren - meist nach Ablauf der Gewährleistung - auf. Daher ist eine sorgfältige Kontrolle bei der Abnahme von Tiefgaragen notwendig, um derartige Mängel frühzeitig feststellen zu können. Nachfolgend werden die Schäden in Tiefgaragen erläutert und darauf aufbauend die bei Abnahme zu kontrollierenden Problempunkte angeführt. Die Vorgehensweise bei der Abnahme von Tiefgaragen wird anhand dieser Problempunkte dargestellt. Diese Veröffentlichung basiert auf einem Vortrag am 9. Dingolfinger Baufachtag 2005.
