Abstract:	Im Zuge des Neubaus der Bundesautobahn A 17 Dresden - Bundesgrenze D/CZ wird im dritten Bauabschnitt der Neubau einer Brücke über das Seidewitztal erforderlich. Das neue Bauwerk überspannt dabei auf der nördlichen Seite ein V-förmiges Seitental und daran anschließend den Talgrund des Seidewitzbaches mit der Staatsstraße S 177. Im Bereich der Querungsstelle ist das Seidewitztal aufgrund seiner Ursprünglichkeit und der naturnahen Vegetationsbestände als FFH-Gebiet ausgewiesen. Kernstück der 568 m langen Brücke ist der 154 m weitgespannte Bogen über das Seidewitztal.
