Abstract:	Am Beispiel eines städtebaulichen Entwicklungsvorhabens in Bottrop-Kirchhellen wird eine vollständige Versorgung eines Baugebietes mit Geothermie vorgestellt. Anhand von Simulationen wurden die Lastprofile der Gebäude ermittelt und mit den geothermischen Simulationen verknüpft. Die Heizlastschwankungen in den Gebäuden stehen jedoch den von den Erdwärmesonden zur Verfügung gestellten und nahezu konstanten Wärmemengen entgegen. Daher ist einerseits die Glättung der Lastprofile durch die Kombination verschiedener gebäudetechnischer Konzepte und andererseits der Einsatz von Speichern von zentraler Bedeutung für eine effiziente Nutzung der Geothermie.
