Abstract:	Der Turm “Main-Plaza” an der Mainufer-Promenade - geplant vom Berliner Architekturbüro Kollhoff-Timmermann - ist ein exklusives Wohngebäude mit achteckigem Grundriß im Stil klassischer New Yorker Hochhaus-Architektur. Für die ungewöhnlich gestaltete, 26 Etagen hohe Ziegelfassade aus handgestrichenen Klinkern im kleinen Oldenburger Format mit kohlegebranntem Farbspiel wurden 800 000 Klinker und ca. 70 000 spezielle Formziegel mit rd. 700 Tonnen werkmäßig gemischtem und schwarz eingefärbtem Vormauermörtel MV 01 der quick-mix-Gruppe Osnabrück vermauert.
