Abstract:	Für dünnwandige, polygonale offene und geschlossene Querschnitte gibt es auf den Voraussetzungen der Faltwerkstheorie basierende analytische Formulierungen. Durch Berechnungen mit einem Platten-Scheibenelement, dem genauere Ansätze als den analytischen Formulierungen zugrunde liegen, wird untersucht, ob die Ergebnisse der analytischen Formulierung befriedigende Übereinstimmung liefern. Für Träger mit üblichen Abmessungen ist dies der Fall.
