Abstract:	Es wird über die Planung und Ausführung einer neuen U-Bahn-Brücke in Berlin berichtet. Aufgrund nicht mehr ausreichender Standsicherheit und Gebrauchstauglichkeit wurde ein Neubau erforderlich. Die Baumaßnahme musste unter hohem Zeitdruck realisiert werden, um eine Stilllegung des U-Bahn-Betriebs zu vermeiden. Hieraus ergab sich eine stark verkürzte Planungs- und Ausführungsphase. Zudem stellte der Bauherr der ausführenden Baufirma den Baustahl zur Fertigung des Überbaus zur Verfügung, Ursache für ein Konfliktpotential, das es zu bewältigen galt. Es wird der Projektablauf aus Sicht der Planung dargestellt.
