Abstract:	Durch die Bodenplatte eines Bauwerks mit zwei Tiefgeschossen trat kurz nach dessen Erstellung Druckwasser in das untere Geschoss. Das Bauwerk war ohne besondere Abdichtung gegen Grund und Druckwasser in bindigem Moränenuntergrund erstellt worden. Die zur nachträglichen Trockenlegung des Bauwerks untersuchten Möglichkeiten und insbesondere der zur Ausführung gekommene Sondervorschlag zur Trockenlegung mit einem Netz von Druckwasserentspannungsgräben werden beschrieben.
