Abstract:	Außenwände müssen neben statischen Anforderungen vor allem Witterungsbeanspruchungen aus Wind, Schlagregen und Temperatur·sowie auch Anforderungen aus Schall-, Wärme- und Brandschutz·erfüllen. Zweischalige Wände sind wegen ihrer Funktionstrennung daher als Außenwände besonders leistungsfähig und lassen sich je nach Erfordernis bis zur gewünschten Qualität und Anforderung optimieren. Die tragende Konstruktion aus Hintermauerwerk übernimmt die Aufgaben der Statik, des Brandschutzes, des Schallschutzes und der Wärmespeicherung; die Wärmedämmung gewährleistet einen flexibel planbaren winterlichen und sommerlichen Wärmeschutz. Die Vormauerschale stellt den Witterungsschutz selbst bei hohen Anforderungen sicher und trägt vor allem der Ästhetik eines Gebäudes Rechnung.
