Abstract:	Ein wichtiger Punkt in der neuen Mauerwerksnorm DIN 1053 Teil 2 ist die Berücksichtigung der Wandmomente im Bereich des Wand Deckenknotens. Hierfür werden in der Norm Näherungsformeln angegeben. Diese Formeln führen jedoch insbesondere bei Wanddicken mit d<24 cm häufig zu unwirtschaftlichen Lösungen. In diesem Beitrag werden deshalb Berechnungsformeln abgeleitet, die die statischen Verhältnisse im Bereich des Wand-Deckenknotens realistischer erfassen und insbesondere bei dünnen Wänden zu wirt-schaftlichen Konstruktionen führen.
