Title:	Historischer Abriss zur Entwicklung des Nachhaltigen Bauens
Abstract:	Der Artikel beschäftigt sich mit der historischen Entwicklung des Nachhaltigkeitsgedankens und zeigt die sich daraus ergebenden Anforderungen und Qualitäten für das Nachhaltige Bauen auf. Ökonomische, ökologische und soziokulturelle Aspekte sind im Rahmen des Nachhaltigen Bauens über den gesamten Lebenszyklus eines Gebäudes “von der Wiege bis zur Bahre” gleichwertig zu betrachten. Daraus ergeben sich vielfältige Wechselwirkungen und Abhängigkeiten, die mit den Methoden einer ganzheitlichen Planung optimiert werden können. Für verschiedene ökologische, ökonomische und soziokulturelle Aspekte werden exemplarisch diese Abhängigkeiten und die sich daraus ergebenden Konsequenzen beschrieben. This article deals with the historical development of sustainability and it depicts on the resulting requirements und qualities for sustainable building. Ecological, economical und socio-cultural aspects have to be regarded as equal considering the whole life-cycle of the building from ”cradle to grave”. Due to this several interdependencies arise that can be optimised by means of ecological and economical life cycle analysis. Regarding several ecological, economical und socio-cultural aspects this article identifies those dependencies and reveals the resulting implications.
