Abstract:	Mit der Neuausgabe der DIN V 18599-2 Ende 2011 ergeben sich Änderungen und Neuerungen bei der Berechnung der Nutzenergiebedarfe für Heizen und Kühlen von Wohn- und Nichtwohngebäuden. Diese werden zusammenfassend dargestellt, Hintergründe erläutert sowie anhand von Beispielrechnungen die Auswirkungen auf die energetische Bewertung von Gebäuden aufgezeigt. Die detaillierte Betrachtung umfasst die Themenbereiche saisonaler Luftwechsel bei Wohngebäuden, bedarfsgerechte Fensterlüftung bei Nichtwohngebäuden, Gebäudeautomation und neue Klimadatensätze. Building energy needs for heating and cooling according to new DIN V 18599. Along with the new issue of DIN V 18599-2 at the end of year 2011 there are modifications and innovations concerning the calculation method of energy needs for heating and cooling in residential and non-residential buildings. These aspects will be summarised, backgrounds will be explained and the consequences for the assessment of energy efficiency of buildings will be displayed by using sample calculation results. The detailed reflection encloses the topic seasonal air change rate for residential buildings, demand orientated window airing for non-residential windows, building automation (energy management systems) and new climatic data sets.
