Abstract:	In tunnelling, jet grouting may be used for excavation support ahead of the tunnel face in situations presenting scarce overburden or insufficient rock stability. This paper discusses jet grouting (JG) applications in which the jet grouted elements are produced from within the tunnel. Exhaustive data on soil composition is a necessary condition for choosing the most suitable method, dimensioning and planning. Common applications are horizontal JG umbrella arches, JG columns reinforcing the side walls and waterproof inverts. Production sequence, column diameter, choice of tools, quality assurance and logistics must be matched to the specific boundary conditions for the execution of JG works from inside the tunnel. The range of possible solutions is here shown by presenting previous JG projects. Das Düsenstrahlverfahren (DSV) wird im Tunnelbau z.B. zur Voraussicherung des Vortriebs bei geringer Überdeckung oder nicht ausreichender Standsicherheit des anstehenden Gebirges eingesetzt. Der Beitrag stellt Einsatzmöglichkeiten des Düsenstrahlverfahrens vor, bei denen die Düsenstrahlelemente aus dem Tunnel heraus hergestellt werden. Voraussetzung für die Wahl der geeigneten Methode, Dimensionierung und Planung sind ausreichende Baugrundinformationen. Ausgeführt werden vor allem horizontale DSV-Schirme, Säulen zur Verstärkung des Ulmengewölbes und Sohlabdichtungen. Herstellabfolge, Säulendurchmesser, Gerätetechnik, Qualitätssicherung und Logistik sind auf die besonderen Randbedingungen für die Ausführung der DSV-Arbeiten aus dem Tunnel abzustimmen. Die Bandbreite möglicher Lösungen wird anhand ausgeführter DSV-Arbeiten aufgezeigt.
