Title:	Neue Organisation im Bauunternehmen.
Abstract:	Der Beitrag beschreibt einige Modellvorstellungen von der Bauwirtschaft aus kybernetischer Sicht. Diese Modelle der Selbstorganisation eignen sich für die organisatorische Beherrschung großer komplexer Systeme, wie sie Baubetriebe immer darstellen. Beispiele erläutern die Situation im Bauwesen und beschreiben in einigen Bauunternehmen bereits bewährte Formen des kybernetischen rechnergestützten Managements.
