Abstract:	Die Digitalisierung des Bauens schreitet voran und die Arbeitsmethode BIM ist dabei ein wesentlicher Aspekt - nicht der einzige. Fast ließe sich sagen, „wo BIM draufsteht, ist Digitalisierung drin”. Die diesjährige Ausgabe des Heftes befasst sich mit der Implementierung digitaler Prozesse, dem dafür erforderlichen Projektmanagement und natürlich dem damit einhergehenden Wandel von Arbeit- und Unternehmensstrukturen. Der entscheidend wichtigen Frage der Normenfindung wird ebenso Raum gegeben wie der nach Ausbildung und neuen Berufen. BIM und die Hersteller, BIM im Controlling und der Blick ins Ausland gehören genauso dazu wie praxisnahe Projektberichte und Fachbeiträge aus Ingenieurbau, Architektur und von Bauunternehmen. Das vielbeachtete Heft - die Ausgaben der drei vorherigen Jahre sind Sammlerstücke... - schreibt auch 2016 jene Zukunft des Bauens weiter, die nicht erst gestern begonnen hat.
