Abstract: | Bei der Herstellung von Fundament-Kreisplatten aus Stahlbeton für Onshore-Windenergieanlagen wird immer wieder eine radiale Rissbildung in der Erhärtungsphase des Betons beobachtet. Ausgehend von einem kontinuumsmechanischen Hydratationsmodell werden mittels numerischer Simulation die Vorgänge bei der Erhärtung untersucht und mit in situ festgestellten Schädigungen verglichen. Hierbei werden die wesentlichen betontechnologischen, thermischen und mechanischen Parameter identifiziert. Es werden Empfehlungen für die Ausführung in der Praxis unterbreitet. Cracks in foundations of onshore wind energy plants - effects of early constraint During the construction of circular foundation-plates made of reinforced concrete a radial cracking in the hardening phase of the concrete is observed often. Basing on a continuum-mechanic hydration model, the processes during hardening are studied by numerical simulations and compared with damages detected in situ. Hereby the main concrete technology, thermal and mechanical parameters are identified. Recommendations for the practical execution are proposed. |
