Abstract:	Über die zweckbestimmten bzw. funktionalen sowie wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen hinaus ist es Ziel, Brücken auch formlogisch nach außen wirken zu lassen, um durch eine größtmögliche Authentizität auch gestaltgebende Akzente zu setzen. Unter Formlogik ist die nach außen darzustellende, materielle Verkörperung der inneren Strukturabsicht - bei Brücken gleichzusetzen mit dem Tragverhalten - zu verstehen. In diesem Artikel werden Formstudien an einfeldrigen Rahmenüberführungen aus Stahlbeton durchgeführt, bei denen die Form anhand von statisch-konstruktiven Überlegungen sequenziell entwickelt wird. Es wird u. a. gezeigt, dass der Ingenieur sein tägliches Werkzeug, die Berechnung, als gestaltgebendes Mittel einsetzen kann, um authentische Bauwerke zu entwerfen, die einen Grundanspruch an Ästhetik erfüllen und darüber hinaus zweckmäßig und wirtschaftlich sind. Zwei praxisnahe Entwürfe von einfeldrigen Stahlbeton- bzw. Spannbetonrahmentragwerken werden schließlich vorgestellt. Form logic has to be understood as the outwardly displaying of the physical embodiment of the inner structural intention, which for bridges is identical with the structural behaviour. In this article form studies on single-span overpass frame structures are conducted, where the form is sequentially developed based on structural considerations. Upon others it will be shown, that the engineer can use his daily tool as a shape-giving device, which is the calculation, to design authentic structures in order to fulfil the requirement of aesthetic as well as expedient and economical aims. Finally two practice-oriented designs of single-span reinforced and pre-stressed concrete frame structures are introduced.
