Abstract:	An innenliegenden Anschlüssen für Flachstahlhänger an geschlossene Querschnitte der Bögen und Versteifungsträger von Stabbogenbrücken wird der dem Hänger zugewandte Flansch meist durch ein aufgeschweißtes Dichtblech geschlossen. Ungewollt wird durch dieses Dichtblech ein nicht vernachlässigbarer Anteil der Spannungen aus dem Flansch übertragen, was an dessen Stirnseiten zu ermüdungsrelevanten Spannungskonzentrationen am Schweißnahtübergang führt. In diesem Beitrag werden verschiedene Dichtblechformen im Hinblick auf deren Einfluss auf das Spannungsbild untersucht. Dabei werden unterschiedliche Simulationsansätze gegenübergestellt, die sich in Modellierung und Auswertung unterscheiden. Die Validierung erfolgt anhand gemessener Ergebnisse aus Ermüdungsversuchen. Hanger connections at tied arch bridges with closed cross sections of the main support elements are often cariied out as internally located connections with a hanger connection plate that crosses one flange of the main support element. The resulting recess then is closed by a sealing plate that has no calculated static relevance. However, this sealing plate gets a non-negligible portion of the stress that is unintentionally transmitted from the flange, which leads to stress concentrations at the weld toe of the front face of the sealing plate that are relevant for fatigue. In this paper, different shapes for the sealing plates are investigated with regard to their influence on the stress pattern. Different simulation approaches are compared that differ not only in their modeling strategy but also in their evaluation method.
