Abstract:	Mit Hilfe eines Rechenmodells für die Beanspruchung von Fahrbahnbelägen auf Stahlbrücken mit orthotropen Platten und anhand der Ergebnisse von Belaginspektionen wird eine Grenzbeanspruchbarkeit für Beläge definiert, mit der die in den Entwurf der DIN 18800 aufgenommenen Mindestanforderungen an die Längsrippensteifigkeit orthotroper Platten festgelegt wurde. Zum Materialverhalten der Beläge werden Untersuchungsergebnisse mitgeteilt, die helfen sollen, die mechanischen Eigenschaften dieser Beläge weiterzuentwickeln.
