For the extension of the Metro T Third Line in San Francisco, 2.7 km of tunnels and four new stations will be built. At the Chinatown Station, a cross-cut cavern was excavated by the side drift method. A 27 m long AT-139 pipe umbrella was used to secure the crosscut and the two side drifts, see page 301 (Photo: DSI Underground)
Für die Erweiterung der Metro T Third Line in San Francisco werde 2,7 km Tunnel und vier neue Stationen errichtet. Bei der Chinatown Station wurde eine Querschlagskaverne im Ulmenstollenvortrieb aufgefahren. Für die Sicherung des Querschlags und der beiden Ulmenstollen kam ein 27 m langer AT-139 Rohrschirm zur Anwendung, siehe Seite 301 (Foto: DSI Underground)
