Abstract:	Herrn Dipl.-Ing., Dr.-Ing. E. h. Reiner Saul zur Vollendung seines 80. Lebensjahres gewidmet Die neue Sinntalbrücke im Zuge der BAB A7 wurde als Ersatzneubau direkt neben der alten Brücke errichtet. Die insgesamt 755 m lange Brücke überspannt das Tal mit 8 Feldern mit Spannweiten von 59 bis 107 m in bis zu 45 m Höhe. Die Herstellung der leichten Stahlkonstruktion erfolgte im Taktschiebeverfahren. Die Betonfahrbahnplatte wurde im Pilgerschrittverfahren hergestellt. Dieser Aufsatz behandelt den Sonderentwurf einer wirtschaftlichen und eleganten Stahlverbundbrücke sowie die wesentlichen Schritte und Besonderheiten zur Herstellung des Bauwerkes. The replacement of the Sinntal Bridge. The new Sinntal Bridge for the highway A7 was erected beside the old bridge. The 755 m long construction crosses the valley with 8 spans of 59 to 107 m in up to a height of 45 m. The light steel construction was carried out by incremental launching method. The reinforced concrete plate was built by back-step method. This publication presents the design of the very efficient and elegant composite bridge and the significant steps and specifics for the erection.
