Abstract:	Das Modell des “äquivalenten T-Stummels” ist ein anerkanntes Verfahren zur Beurteilung der Tragfähigkeit geschraubter Plattenverbindungen. In DIN EN 1993-1-8 wird diese Methode als Standard vorgegeben. Die dort angegebenen Formeln für die Berechnung der effektiven Länge beruhen auf der Auswertung umfangreicher Versuchsergebnisse und ergänzender FE-Berechnungen. Ein schlüssiges mechanisches Modell fehlt bis heute. Im Folgenden wird nun ein solches mechanisches Modell vorgestellt, welches es erlaubt, auf der Basis der Fließlinientheorie die effektive Länge von Fließlinien für unterschiedliche Versagensmuster auf einfache Weise zu berechnen. A conclusive mechanical model is still missing. In the following, such a mechanical model will be presented, which allows to easily calculate the total effective length of yield lines for different collapse patterns on the basis of the plastic hinge line theory.
