Abstract:	Die Radlasten von Brückenlaufkranen werden über Kranschienen in die unterstützenden Kranbahnträger eingeleitet. Für viele Anwendungen ist es ausreichend, Flach- oder Vierkantstäbe als Kranschienen zu verwenden und auf den Kranbahnträgern mit in Trägerlängsrichtung durchgehenden Doppelkehlnähten zu befestigen. Mit der Einführung der europäischen Stahlbaunormen (Eurocode 3) im Jahr 2010 hat sich die ansetzbare Ermüdungsfestigkeit der Konstruktionsdetails mit Radlasteinleitung, zu denen die Schienenschweißnähte zählen, erheblich reduziert. Es wird ein Bemessungsvorschlag vorgestellt, der sich erstmals auf realitätsnahe Ermüdungsversuche an Schienenschweißnähten abstützen kann und eine wirtschaftlichere Dimensionierung hinsichtlich Ermüdung gestattet. The wheel loads of overhead travelling cranes are introduced through crane rails into the supporting crane runway beams. For many applications, it is sufficient to use rectangular or square bars as crane rails fastened to the crane runway beams by continuous double fillet welds. By introducing the European steel design standards (Eurocode 3) in 2010, the nominal fatigue strength of the constructional details with wheel load application including the crane rail welds suffered an essential reduction. A proposal that allows a more efficient fatigue design is presented supported by realistic fatigue tests on crane rail welds.
