Das BIM-Fachmodell Ingenieurvermessung - Ein fester Bestandteil bei der Planung von Verkehrsanlagen

Ab Ende 2020 sollen alle vom Bund finanzierten Verkehrsinfrastrukturprojekte mit der BIM-Methode (BIM: engl. Building Information Modeling) realisiert werden. Die zielgerichtete Planung, der störungsfreie Bau und der anschließende Betrieb von Verkehrsanlagen benötigen aktuelle Zustandsdaten. Daten, die präzise Rückschlüsse auf die Geoposition, die Dimension, die Geometrie und die Beschaffenheit der Objekte zulassen. Das BIM-Fachmodell Ingenieurvermessung liefert diese Daten und steht am Anfang eines ganzheitlichen, digitalen Prozesses, wenn zukünftig Verkehrsinfrastrukturprojekte geplant, gebaut und letztlich auch betrieben werden sollen. Der folgende Beitrag aus der Praxis zeigt auf, worum es sich bei dem Modell handelt, wie es entsteht und welche Ergebnisse die am BIM-Prozess beteiligten Institutionen erwarten können.

The BIM-professional model Engineering Surveying
From the end of year 2020 all of the traffic infrastructure projects, which are funded by the federal government, should be realized by the BIM-method. It is necessary to provide current data status for a focused planning, an uninterrupted construction and for the following operation of traffic facilities. This data should allow precise conclusions of the geoposition, dimension, geometry and the properties of the objects. If future traffic infrastructure projects should be planned, built and finally be operated, the BIM-professional model Engineering Surveying supplies this data and is at the beginning of a holistic, digital process. The following contribution in practice shows which kind of model is presented, how it is created and what results the BIM-process involved institutions can expect.
