Title:	Neuartige Kassettenprofile zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz im Industrie- und Gewerbebau
Abstract:	Ein neuartiger Ansatz, den Wärmebrückeneffekt von Kassettenwandkonstruktionen zu reduzieren, ist es, den Steg des Kassettenprofils mit Schlitzen zu versehen, um so den Wärmestrom durch den Kassettensteg zu vermindern. Diese Schlitzung führt zu einer deutlichen Reduktion des Wärmedurchgangskoeffizienten der Kassettenwandkonstruktion, hat jedoch gleichzeitig eine Verminderung der Tragfähigkeit des Kassettenprofils zur Folge. Der vorliegende Beitrag beschäftigt sich zum einen mit der wärmeschutztechnischen Optimierung der notwendigen Schlitzgeometrie, um einen Wärmedurchgangskoeffizienten von U ≤ 0,25 W/(m2 · K) zu erreichen. Zum anderen werden die charakteristischen Tragfähigkeitswerte der neuartigen Kassettenprofile durch Bauteilversuche ermittelt. Innovative liner tray profiles for the improvement of the energy efficiency of industrial buildings A novel approach to reduce the thermal bridge effect of liner tray wall constructions is to provide the web of the liner tray profile with slots to reduce the heat flow through the web. This slotting leads to a significant reduction in the heat transfer coefficient of the wall construction, but at the same time reduces the load-bearing capacity of the liner tray profile. This work deals on the one hand with the thermal insulation optimisation of the necessary slot geometry in order to achieve a heat transfer coefficient of U ≤ 0,25 W/(m2 · K). On the other hand, the load-bearing capacity of the innovative liner tray profiles is determined.
