Abstract:	Für die Ausführung von nachträglichen Bewehrungsanschlüssen in vorhandenen Bauwerken stehen in Europa Verankerungsmörtel mit einer ETA auf Basis von EOTA-Bewertungsdokumenten zur Verfügung. Für Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen könnten Verankerungsmörtel mit Leistungsangaben auf Basis der harmonisierten Norm DIN EN 1504-6, die durch CEN erarbeitet wurde, verwendet werden. Nach beiden Vorschriften sollte bei der Verwendung der geeigneten Verankerungsmörtel dasselbe Sicherheitsniveau wie bei einbetonierten Bewehrungsstäben erreicht werden. Dazu werden in diesem Beitrag die wesentlichen Inhalte der beiden Vorschriften vorgestellt, miteinander verglichen und Empfehlungen hinsichtlich der sicheren Verwendung von Verankerungsmörteln für nachträgliche Bewehrungsanschlüsse gegeben. Post-installed reinforcing steel bar connections - Basics for their safe use? For the execution of post-installed reinforcing bar connections in Europe in case of existing structures anchoring mortars with an ETA on the basis of EOTA assessment documents shall be used. Post-installed rebar connections for the repair of concrete structures are built with anchoring mortars with performance data on the basis of the harmonized standard DIN EN 1504-6, which was developed by CEN. According to both regulations, with the use of suitable anchoring mortars the same safety level should be achieved as with cast-in-reinforcing bars. This article presents the essential contents of the two provisions, compares them and makes recommendations with regard to the safe use of anchoring mortars for post-installed reinforcing bar connections.
