Abstract:	Es werden die theoretischen Zusammenhänge der Schwingung von Glocken und Glockentürmen erläutert und die Möglichkeiten Resonanzerscheinungen zwischen Glocken und Glockenturm zu vermeiden. Anschliessend wird die Messeinrichtung zur Bestimmung der Eigenschwingzahl von Glockentürmen beschrieben. Eine grössere Anzahl von Messungen an Glockentürmen verschiedenster Bauart werden erläutert und das Schwingungsverhalten der Glockentürme anhand der Geometrie und Konstruktion erklärt.
