Durch einen Schiffsanprall am Anleger 6a des Skandinavienkais in Lübeck-Travemünde wurde die Hauptdeckbrücke schwer beschädigt. Infolge der Wucht des Anpralls wurden Frontquerträger, Hubquerträger und Lagerverbindungen teils stark deformiert und waren anschließend nicht mehr voll trag- und funktionsfähig. Über Nachrechnungen und die Integration der aufgetretenen Schadensbilder in das Berechnungsmodell konnten die Auswirkungen auf die Gesamttragfähigkeit analysiert werden. Neben der Wiederherstellung des Urzustands lag das Hauptaugenmerk auf der Verstärkung der durch Beulverformungen beeinträchtigten Stegbleche des Hubquerträgers. Nach einer Zeit mit eingeschränkter Nutzung konnte durch die Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen die vollständige Betriebsfähigkeit wieder gewährleistet werden.

Repair of a ferry dock after a ship collision
The main deck bridge at ferry dock 6a of the Skandinavienkai in Lübeck-Travemünde was badly damaged by a ship collision. As a result of the impact, the front cross member, the lifting cross member and some bearing connections were severely deformed so that ultimate limit state (ULS) and serviceability limit state (SLS) were exceeded. The effects on the overall load-bearing capacity could be analyzed by recalculations and the integration of the damage patterns that occurred into the calculation model. In addition to restoring the original state, the focus was on strengthening the web plates of the lifting cross member, which were affected by buckling deformations. After a period of limited use, the repair measures ensured that the ferry dock was fully operational again.
