Abstract:	Vergussbetone und -mörtel werden bereits seit vielen Jahren sehr erfolgreich im Betonbau eingesetzt. In den vergangenen Jahren hat sich ihr Einsatz vom anfänglichen Vergießen dünner Schichten unter Brückenlagern und Maschinen bis auf den Bereich der Betoninstandsetzung unter schwierigen Randbedingungen erweitert. Aktuelles Regelwerk ist die Vergussbetonrichtlinie des DAfStb 2011 [1], die 2019 [2] aktualisiert wurde. Diese Überarbeitung wurde nun in die Musterverwaltungsvorschrift Technische Baubestimmung aufgenommen und wird in den kommenden Monaten in die Verwaltungsvorschriften Technische Baubestimmungen der Bundesländer übernommen. Der vorliegende Beitrag gibt einen Überblick zur Entwicklung von zementgebundenem Vergussbeton und -mörtel. Anschließend wird auf Besonderheiten der Produkte im Vergleich zu herkömmlichem Normalbeton und Mörtel eingegangen. Die folgenden Kapitel beschäftigen sich mit den Aspekten der praktischen Anwendung und innovativen Möglichkeiten der Betoninstandsetzung. Grouting concrete - innovation in concrete repair - Basics, regulations and possible applications Grouting concrete and mortar are used successfully in concrete construction for many years. In the past decades, their use has been expanded from the initial grouting of thin layers under bridge bearings and machines to the area of concrete repair under difficult conditions. The current German standard is the grouting concrete guideline of the DAfStb 2011 [1], which was updated in 2019 [2]. This revision has now been included in the model administration regulation for technical building regulations and will be adopted to the administrative regulations for technical building regulations of the federal states of Germany within the next month. This article provides an overview of the development of cement-bound grouting concrete and mortar. Then the special features of such products compared to conventional normal concrete and mortar are discussed. The following chapters deal with the aspects of practical application and innovative possibilities for concrete repair.
