Abstract:	Im Norden von Lausanne, der “Hauptstadt des Sports”, entsteht ein neues ökologisches Viertel mit großzügigen Sportinfrastrukturen. Ein Fußballstadion mit 12 000 Sitzplätzen bildet das zentrale Element der Anlage. Aus einem internationalen Wettbewerb ging der Entwurf der Architektengemeinschaft :mlzd und Sollberger Bögli Architekten sowie Dr. Lüchinger+Meyer Bauingenieure als Siegerprojekt hervor, im Herbst 2020 wurde die neue Sportstätte in Betrieb genommen. Der kompakte Stadionentwurf mit den vier aufgefalteten Ecken als unverwechselbare Erkennungszeichen zielt auf Klarheit und Einfachheit ab. Entsprechend ist die vorgeschlagene Tragstruktur konstruiert, die einen hohen Vorfabrikationsgrad aufweist und sowohl in der Herstellung als auch im Unterhalt sehr wirtschaftlich ist. Eine schalenartige Tribünenstruktur in Massivbauweise und eine leichte Dachkonstruktion bilden die wesentlichen Bestandteile des Stadiontragwerks. Als Fassade für die Haupttribüne des neuen Stade de la Tuilière wurde eine funktionale gläserne Gebäudehülle konzipiert. Folded and prestressed - The structure of the Stade de la Tuilière in Lausanne In the north of Lausanne, the “Capital of Sports”, a new ecological district with generous sports infrastructures is being built. A football stadium with 12,000 seats forms the central element of the complex. The design by the architectural consortium :mlzd and Sollberger Bögli Architekten and Dr. Lüchinger+Meyer Bauingenieure emerged as the winning project from an international competition. In autumn 2020 the new sports facility was commissioned. The compact stadium design with the four upfolded corners as unmistakable identifying features aims for clarity and simplicity. The proposed structure is designed accordingly, with a high level of prefabrication. The design is very economical in terms of both production and maintenance. A solid shell-like stand concrete structure as well as a light steel roof construction form the essential components of the stadium structure. A architectural glass curtain was developed for the main stand of the new Stade de la Tuilière.
