Abstract:	Im Zuge des Neubaus der Bundesstraße 31 am nördlichen Bodenseeufer waren eine Eisenbahnbrücke und eine benachbarte Geh- und Radwegbrücke neu zu errichten. Der Beitrag verbindet die Sicht des Baudurchführenden mit der Sicht des entwerfenden Ingenieurs auf das Projekt. Im Mittelpunkt der technischen Darstellung steht der Entwurfsprozess mit Variantenuntersuchung, statisch-konstruktiver Durchbildung der Tragwerke und gestalterischen Entscheidungen. Darüber hinaus werden die organisatorischen Abläufe sowie das Zusammenwirken der Beteiligten während der Planungs- und Ausführungsphase beleuchtet. Bridge ensemble near Friedrichshafen On the northern shore of Lake Constance, a railway bridge and a pedestrian bridge were built across the new course of a federal road. The client and the designing engineer describe the project emphasizing the design process and organisational aspects of planning and construction.
