Title:	Zeichnest du noch oder modellierst du schon? - Digitales Planen und Bauen bei der DEGES
Abstract:	Planungsbeschleunigung, Kosten- und Terminsicherheit sowie Transparenz dominieren inzwischen als Projektziele die Planung und Realisierung von Verkehrsinfrastrukturprojekten. Konventionelle Methoden stoßen hier regelmäßig an ihre Grenzen. Deshalb werden neue, digitale Methoden benötigt, um die genannten Ziele zu erreichen. Die Digitalisierung der Planung, der baulichen Realisierung, aber auch des Betriebs bietet dazu eine große Chance. Ein wesentlicher Aspekt dieser Digitalisierung wird durch die BIM-Methode adressiert, die u. a. althergebrachte Strukturen hinterfragt. Die DEGES unterstützt aktiv diesen Transformationsprozess durch Wissensteilung mit Dritten, aber auch mit der Implementierung von BIM in Projekten sowie im Unternehmen. Die Projektmanagementgesellschaft DEGES verfolgt dabei den Ansatz der Kategorisierung nach konkreten Handlungsfeldern, zu denen u. a. eine eigene Lernplattform zur BIM-Kompetenzvermittlung entwickelt wurde. Im Aufsatz werden nach einer eingehenden Einleitung diese Handlungsfelder vorgestellt und so ein Einblick in die BIM-Maßnahmen bei der DEGES gewährt. Dabei wird immer wieder auf die kulturellen Herausforderungen eingegangen, denn die Digitalisierung verändert nicht nur die Arbeitsmethoden, sondern auch die Form der Zusammenarbeit im Projektteam. Are you still drawing or are you already modelling? Digital planning and construction at DEGES Accelerated planning, cost and schedule security as well as transparency now dominate the planning and realisation of transport infrastructure projects as project goals. Conventional methods regularly reach their limits here. Therefore, new, digital methods are needed to achieve the aforementioned goals. The digitalisation of planning, constructional realisation, but also of operation, offers a great opportunity for this. A key aspect of this digitalisation is addressed by the BIM method, which, among other things, challenges traditional structures. DEGES actively supports this transformation process by sharing knowledge with third parties, but also by implementing BIM in projects and in the company. The project management company DEGES follows the approach of categorisation according to concrete fields of activities, for which, among other things, its own learning platform for BIM competence transfer has been developed. After a detailed introduction, the article presents these fields of activities and thus provides an insight into the BIM measures at DEGES. In the process, the cultural challenges are repeatedly addressed, because digitalisation not only changes working methods, but also the form of cooperation in the project team.
