Abstract:	Der Beitrag befasst sich mit dem gebetteten Spannbogen, einer neuartigen Unterstützungskonstruktion zur Erstellung einer freitragenden Gewölbebewehrung für die Tunnelinnenschale im bergmännischen Tunnelbau. Dabei wird der üblicherweise verwendete Tragbogen durch einen Spannbogen ersetzt, welcher sich über Abstandhalter gegen die Tunnellaibung verspannt und somit planmäßige Druckkräfte auf das Abdichtungssystem bzw. den Spritzbeton als Abdichtungsträger überträgt. Im Wesentlichen resultieren diese Druckkräfte aus dem Vorspannen des Spannrings und dem Eigengewicht der angeknüpften Bewehrung. Die Größenordnung dieser Druckkräfte wurde bisher lediglich überschläglich abgeschätzt. Im Rahmen der hier vorgestellten Untersuchungen werden diese messtechnisch erfasst und hinsichtlich ihres Gefährdungspotenzials genauer beurteilt. Weiterhin wurden diverse Detailpunkte dieser Konstruktion im Labor untersucht. The embedded prestressed arch, a new approach for self-supporting vaulted reinforcements The paper discusses the embedded prestressed arch, a new approach for a free-spanned vaulted reinforcement in tunneling. In this approach, the usually used supporting arch is replaced by a prestressed arch, which is braced against the tunnel lining via spacers and thus transferring compressive loads to the sealing system. The compressive forces result from the prestressing of the arch and the dead weight of the attached reinforcement. The magnitude of these compressive forces has so far only been roughly estimated and was measured in the course of the investigations presented here and evaluated more precisely with regard to the hazard potential. Furthermore, various details of this construction are being investigated in the laboratory.
