Title:	Execution of tunnel construction projects - analysis of the current situation / Abwicklung von Tunnelbauvorhaben - Analyse der Ist-Situation
Abstract:	The situation on the sites of large tunnel construction projects has become increasingly tense in recent years. On all sides, the implementation of these projects suffers from economic constraints, which inevitably lead to a decline in the culture of dialogue and a deterioration in personal relationships. A solution to this problem cannot be achieved by simple calculations or rules. It is much more a matter of working out new alternative paths and possibilities together, and then taking them. However, those responsible and, above all, those involved on the ground must be able to take this step, and be allowed to do so. Die Situation auf den Baustellen großer Tunnelbauvorhaben hat sich in den letzten Jahren zunehmend angespannt. Die Abwicklung dieser Projekte ist auf allen Seiten durch wirtschaftliche Zwänge geprägt, was unweigerlich zu einem Abgleiten der Gesprächskultur und Verschlechterung der sozial-klimatischen Verhältnisse führt. Eine Lösung dieses Problems kann nicht durch einfache Berechnungen oder Regelwerke stabilisiert werden. Viel mehr heißt es, gemeinsam neue alternative Wege und Möglichkeiten zu erarbeiten und schlussendlich auch zu beschreiten. Hier müssen aber die Verantwortlichen und vor allem auch die Beteiligten vor Ort diesen Schritt mitgehen können und dürfen.
