Abstract:	Zunehmende Rohstoffknappheit, begrenzter Deponieraum und das Erfordernis zur Reduktion von CO2-Emissionen sind die globalen Vorgaben, die von nachhaltigen Gebäuden u. a. einen geringen Verbrauch von Rohstoffen und Energie ebenso wie eine größtmögliche Nutzungsflexibilität und Wiederverwendbarkeit oder Dauerhaftigkeit der Funktion im Bauwerk fordern. Sie müssen ökologischen, ökonomischen und sozio-kulturellen Ansprüchen gerecht werden, gleichzeitig eine hohe technische Qualität bieten sowie auf die Prozesse des Bauwesens abgestimmt sein. Die Planungshinweise des DAfStb für Bauwerke des üblichen Hochbaus (Wohnungsbauten, Verwaltungsgebäude, Veranstaltungsbauten, Einkaufszentren, Industriehallen etc.) dienen Investoren, Bauherren, Planenden, Ausführenden und Vertretern der Bauaufsicht für Entscheidungsprozesse beim nachhaltigen Bauen mit Beton. Sie zeigen auf, wie mit dem bereits vorhandenen Regelwerk im Betonbau nachhaltig geplant und gebaut werden kann. Sustainable building with concrete - Practical guidance from German Committee for Structural Concrete (DAfStb) Increasing scarcity of raw materials, limited landfill space and the need to reduce CO2 emissions are the global requirements that sustainable buildings, among others, demand a low consumption of raw materials and energy as well as the greatest possible flexibility of use and reusability or durability of the function in the building. Sustainable buildings have to meet ecological, economic and socio-cultural requirements, at the same time offer a high technical quality and have to be aligned to the processes of construction. The following practical guidance from DAfStb for buildings of common high-rise construction (residential buildings, administration buildings, event buildings, shopping centers, industrial halls, etc.) serves investors, clients, designers, contractors and representatives of the building supervision for decision-making processes in sustainable construction with concrete.
