Für die Ermüdungsfestigkeit von Kopfbolzen zur Übertragung von Schubkräften in Verbundkonstruktionen stehen in Eurocode 4 normierte Wöhlerlinien zur Verfügung, die auf zahlreichen Schwingversuchen an Push-out-Körpern beruhen. Dagegen liegen in der Befestigungstechnik für an Ankerplatten geschweißte Kopfbolzen, bei denen neben Schub auch relevante Zugkräfte wirken, bisher nur wenige Kenntnisse vor, sodass deren Verwendung bei zyklischer Belastung derzeit nicht ausreichend geregelt ist. Im Rahmen eines aktuellen Forschungsvorhabens wurden experimentelle Untersuchungen an Einzelbefestigungen mit einbetonierten Kopfbolzen im Hinblick auf Stahlversagen durchgeführt. Die erzielten Versuchsergebnisse werden vorgestellt und daraus Ermüdungsfestigkeiten unter Zug- und Querbelastung abgeleitet. Auf Basis einer umfangreichen Versuchsdatenbank aus dem Verbundbau werden abschließend die Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede im Vergleich zum Tragverhalten von Verbundmitteln diskutiert.

Fatigue behavior of headed studs in concrete and composite structures
For the fatigue strength of headed studs transmitting shear forces within composite structures, standardized S-N curves are available in Eurocode 4 based on numerous cyclic tests on Push-out specimens. In contrast, only limited knowledge is available for fastenings with headed studs welded to anchor plates. In this case not only shear loads but also significant tensile forces need to be considered. Consequently, their application under fatigue loading is currently not regulated sufficiently. Within the scope of a recent research project, experimental investigations have been performed on single fasteners with headed studs embedded in concrete with the objective of steel failure. The test results obtained are presented in this paper. Fatigue resistance values under tension as well as shear loading are derived from the test data. On the basis of an extensive test database for composite structures, the similarities and differences compared to the load-bearing behavior of shear connectors are finally discussed.
